My complaint:

I pulled in for a meal, I get my meal and go home to find that is isn’t the way I’ve asked them to fix it. I call and say “hey buddy u was just up there and ordered something to eat, an I don’t know what the hell this is that I got but it sure as hell ain’t what I ordered” I didn’t say it loud or even rudely. If your from our area you’ve heard worse and that’s a fact. So he freaks out and starts yelling how I’m cussing him when I’m not by any means directing anything towards him. Well I figured I would get a reputable employee if I called again, nope same guy wants to play games over the phone wasting both our time over his personal freak out. On top of that when I do get someone else they wanna take his side of course and I never did get anything positive from it. I’ve cussed someone before, I’m not gonna hide it if I did cuss him. Why would I be on here to lie like a damn fool? I’m on here cause like I said they wanted to play games and put me as the instigator of their BS!

Suggested solution:

I honesty think they need people in there to straighten the place out and to get it back to the productivity it once had. The place has been slow and it’s had lack luster employees for a while now. Now I’m not trying to mess with anybody’s livelihood or paycheck, but hell man I call an get cussed out an threatened that theyll call the cops on me for harassment for no damn reason. I talked to them just like I’m talking here an didn’t get loud or rude until the last man I talked to screamed at me to “shut the F up” so yeah man. It was a bunch of bullshit and they need to figure it out over there. Like I say they’re losing money already cause of how slow it is, line out into the shopping center. The place needs change and people who know how to act like people and serve food to customers and deal with the phone calls like professionals.
