My complaint:
First of all it took 43 minutes for 5 cars to make it threw the drive threw two of them just pulled out and left so I should say only for 3 people to get there food when I pulled up to the window they tried to shove someone’s else’s order in my window when I was trying to exsplain that they left. When I got my food all three box’s of French fries where cold stail and hard and my patty melt patties were so burnt they were dry hockey pucks instead of recooking them they lathered in sauce where is was pouring out everywhere like I wouldn’t notice. I asked the kids at the window why it took 45 minutes and I was told I don’t know is that all for your order and shoved off. These workers at this Caldwell whaterburger does not care about customer satisfaction nor making good food for $30 worth of fast food it all went in the trash my 1 12 year old daughter wouldn’t even eat it. Just pathetic. I will not be wasting my hard earned money for that garbage.
Suggested solution:
Fix your issues your management crack down on the workers that’s not how you run a business.
