My complaint:
We received a last minute cancellation from Westjet – their excuse was they couldn’t fly because of weather conditions, yet AirCanada, United and other airlines still flying. They cancelled my flight, will not compensate me for hotels or any other cost and the earliest they can get me back is in a few days. They kept me on the line for three hours with no good options or solutions. Will never fly Westjet again.
Suggested solution:
They should have found a way to get me on a flight returning home either with one of their other flights or a partner carrier flight.
