My complaint:

Our booking DPWDFQ. First booked Oct, 22, 2021 for April 9 WS3321 Kelowna to Maui via Vancouver (WS1876) return flight WS1876 Maui to Vancouver and on to Kelowna (WS33xx).
On Dec. 14, 2021, it got changed, time wise leaving Vancouver; we accepted and for the return flight WS1853 from Maui to Vancouver, we were offered business seats, which we accepted.
On Feb. 21, it got changed again, time wise to leave Kelowna at 6am. We were not willing to start our holiday with a 6 am flight. So we accepted a detour and a longer flight time via Calgary leaving at 8am. (still not happy about the early departure, but accepted it).
The most disappointing after all the changes is that on our return flight WS1853 from Maui, there were no business class that was originally offered to us for the changes; the premium economy class was not the standard of any premium economy class of any other airlines we have flown, and there was zero entertainment for the flight which was over 5 hours long.
My husband and I have booked a return flight via West Jet again to Europe on August 11, 2022 returning September 9, and I am nervous about your changes and how reliable you will be as a carrier. Like promising business class and getting sub premium economy.

Suggested solution:

My husband and I should be compensated in some way for the inconvenient changes (like having to change our flight route, hence longer flight time) and for getting below par premium economy. For the amount I paid extra, I could have flown economy with another airline and probably get better inflight service and entertainment. The seats were definitely not premium seats. We were very disappointed.
