My complaint:
Delayed luggage at ZLO 01092022 and then damaged luggage At YYZ 03212022. No response to a letter of complaint sent to head office 03252022
Suggested solution:
compensation for 9 days without luggage $100 for the first 48hrs and $150 there after as per Westjet web site and travelers rights legislation. reimbursement for baggage fee. compensation for expenses' for clothes and sundries i had to purchase receipts sent to Westjet no response. Reimbursement for expenses to pick my luggage up at airport even though it was to be delivered $1000 Mexican pesos.
Compenstion for Damaged luggage plus baggage fees paid
