My complaint:

I was flying to Kelowna from Calgary after a long trip from Mexico. I have a 4 month old baby and needed to get home for bottlepump sanitary reasons as my baby is hypoallergenic. The airline did not land in Kelowna due to “weather conditions” and turned us around back to Calgary at 2 in the morning. I had to pay for a hotel out of my own pocket and cannot feed my baby because I have to clean everything properly. This has completely stressed me out. There is no reason the airline could not land, I have a family member watching planes fly in and out of Kelowna for hours when we were supposed to land. I know your airline is on strike and the distress and disruption and money your airline has caused me has made me extremely ill. I want a refund. I will be taking this story to castanet and will never fly your airline again. I cannot believe you would do this to a 4 month old. The flight voucher for the way back was made to fly to Vancouver and then Kelowna. I DID NOT PAY FOR THAT. I paid to fly straight to Kelowna from Calgary.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund for my trip for the amount of distress you have caused me, my baby and my family. I also tried to call WestJet and no one would help me.
