My complaint:
We were unable to use two flight to Palm Springs booked in March, 2020 because of concerns re: Covid and travel risks. Our impression was that the flights could be rebooked prior to April of 2022 and not lose our full payment. As of today we were informed that the whole trip had to be completed by March 31, 2022 to not lose or payment, not just rebook by that time
Suggested solution:
There should be an extension to the rebooking time as we wanted to travel in Nov., 2022. Alternatively, a refund should be in order
