My complaint:
I was on flight 3270 on Dec 2821. The man sitting in seat 20B was a Westjet employee. His ID said he was a pilot. The woman in 20A was a large woman. He took a picture of her thighs and attached the picture to texts he sent to other people. I was sitting across the isle from him and could clearly see what he was doing. I felt that the behavior was extremely inappropriate and offensive. I was shocked to see a Westjet employee treat a passenger in such a disrespectful manner. This behavior should not be tolerated.
Suggested solution:
This employee needs to be reprimanded for his very inappropriate behavior and needs to be educated on how to treat people. Large people have feelings too and need to be treated with the same respect and consideration as everyone else. Just because he is a pilot does not mean he is better than others. His behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional.
