WestJet complaint: Delayed luggage’s delivery

My complaint:

On 28th August, I arrived at International Edmonton Airport via seattle from my home country but my all luggages were lost. It was my first time to be here and they lost my luggages. I brought everything to live in a university dorm but due to the airline’s mistake, I had to buy everything although I brought them in my luggages. I called them and have kept updated my mailing address and phone number, but it has not arrived yet!!!!!!!
It is 31st August and I am very disappointed and furious due to this situation. Please do some action!!!!!!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY OF MY OWN DAILY NECESSITIES. I SPENT MONEY THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO SPENT. I AM LIVING IN DISCOMFORT.

Suggested solution:

First. Send the luggages AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Do not say We are not sure about that. I do not know what is going there and even the staff does not know what is going there? Be professional.
Second. Make compensation. Due to this situation, I spent 700 CAD to sleep and wear. I am still wearing the same clothes for four days. I didn't buy beddings but towels, so I am sleeping on towels. It's entirely because the airline didn't work properly. It's all their responsibility. Do not want to give even one star.
