My complaint:

FLIGHTS FROM TORONTO TO SASKATOON RETURN WERE BOOKED AND PAID FOR IN AUGUST 2020. 6TH , 18TH AND 26TH AUGUST WS323, WS 0322 AND WS 322.
THE FLIGHTS WERE SUBSEQUENTLY RE ARRANGED AND THE NEW SCHEDULE OFFERED DID NOT SUIT MY TRAVEL PLANS SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL.
I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR MONIES TO BE REIMBURSED TO MY CREDIT CARD BUT THEY WERE PAID INTO TRAVAL BANK WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY.DESPITE REPEATED E MAILS NO REIMBURSEMENT HAS OCCURED.
