My complaint:

I arrived one hour early and my flight would leave 5:30 pm. My grandson dropped me off so he dropped local west jets departure and then I asked counter attendant about my ticket because I bought ticket online from Cheap O air agency. One of attendant checked her computer and then she told me that departures was closed and she would book again but she didn’t and called Cheap Oair. I told her that I was going to go to Turkey but she didn’t tell me that this is domestic departures. I was waiting my grandson after that we went to international departures and then the same thing stayed in line and asked counter attendant and they told me that would book again but they didn’t and called Cheap O air agency. We called agency one of operator told me that I booked ticket was basic and no refund no exchange this is the west jet policy. I missed flight because counter attendant made mistake. They didn’t check ticket that was domestic or international. I was going alone and also elderly. this was a lot of money $ 847. I don’t have job and I don’t have money to buy new ticket so can you help me to get refund please. Thank you for your time.

Suggested solution:

You should have trained counter attendant. Specially for elderly who is taking international flight. They should help to get them to flight on time or ask for waiting to get them to flights. Even west jets manager are not helpful.
