Wendys complaint: slow poor service

My complaint:

This location even though there are 4-5 employees inside operates only the drive through and there is always a huge back up because they take an order and have the vehicle move to the window. then another order is not taken until the vehicle at the window gets the order and pulls out. the vehicle at the speaker is then allowed to order and so on. Yesterday the cars were lined up and not moving so I ran and errand at walmart and returned same poor back up. I then drove out of my way to the Suwanee location. no lines, order taken right away. paid at 1st window pickup at second and on my way in under a minute. the BUford location has been doing this for months

Suggested solution:

get a proper manager or owner there and fix the mess
