My complaint:
The food preparerwrapper, who directly handles the food, had bangs hanging down over her eyes and long strands of hair hanging down on both sides of her face. My experience in the restaurant business tells me that she probably brushes the hair back with her hands at least several times while working, plus this increases the possibility of hair falling on the food. Plus, she was working right next to the manager, and he let her work like that. Had I ordered a burger before seeing this i would have cancelled the order ASAP.
Suggested solution:
Either have the girl wear a hair net or have her hair pulled back off her face to lessen the chance of hair falling on the food.
