Wendys complaint: Extremely rude night shift manager

My complaint:

Long story short, pulled up to the speaker and no one said anything until I said hello. This was after sitting in the line for approx. 20 minutes. Placed the order and the lady on the headset stated that they could not make one of the meals because it was to late. So I ordered another meal, and there were four in total. When I drove around a young man came to the first window and I asked him to double check the order and he stated that it was correct. I went ahead and paid, and did not get a receipt. When I got to the second window to get our food there were only three bags and three drinks. I told the young lady at the window, and she said that the food we got was the only ones on the order. At this time, I’m assuming the night shift manager, came over and asked what the problem was. So I had to repeat myself again, and they kept looking at me like I was stupid. I named off the four meals and told them which one we did not get. The manager then began to get an attitude with me and stated what the price was in a very sarcastic tone of voice. This I will say pissed me off and I asked who are you talking to like that? She then stated you!, again in a very sarcastic tone of voice. At this time my wife told me to just forget about it, and we drove off. I have never in my life dealt with a person with that type of nasty attitude at a restaurant.

Suggested solution:

Whatever they think is the best option to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else.
