My complaint:

In November 2021, I filed for a business loan. I gave all the proper paperwork and was informed everything was in order. In December, I reached out to the bank to see where we were with the process. No one knew anything. I made several calls and made multiple visits to the branch. Finally got an answer in February that the banker did not read the paperwork properly and filed the loan wrong, so we had to start all over again. So, in February we went back to the bank and refiled for a business loan or what we thought but unfortunately the banker did not file the business loan correctly but instead filed for a business credit card that we did not approve. After a few weeks, we found out that he did not file correctly again, we were left with no answers. In March, we canceled our business loan and credit card. We were told we should file for a personal loan, so we did. In March we filed for a personal loan and supposedly the check was sent out on March 17, 2022. On March 23rd we still had no check. We were told to wait until March 25th for the check and if it did not come to come back into the bank on the 28th of March. No check. We went back to the bank on the 28th and nothing was done. Went back on the 30th of March and was told that corporate said they will cancel the first check since it must have been lost in the mail and reissue another check via FedEx at their expense and we will receive the check by Friday April 1st. We waited until April 4th before we went back to the bank. At that visit, we were informed that both of the bankers that we were working with stepped out for lunch and then called and quit. The manager informed that they do not deal with FedEx, and no check had ever been canceled. At that moment they insisted they now canceled the check, and we should see it in a few days. It is now April 11, 2022, and still no check and no answers.

Suggested solution:

I have lost 9 days of work which means I lost out on $6840.00. I have a loan that has been on my bankcredit in the amount of $15,000 and my first payment is due April 25, 2022, and I never received that money. I feel the bank has mismanaged my time, my money, my loan, my credit card. There is a breach of contract, time lose.
