My complaint:
Wells Fargo has held me accountable for unauthorized charges totaling to about $300.00. I was a victim of theft and they did a poor job helping their 10 year customer in resolving this. The door was shut on me and I had to take a loss. The claims department specialist told me there was nothing else we needed from you. If this was the case, why did nobody take the time to try and investigate this further? I am at a loss with this company. I will be terminating my relationship with this business.
