Wells Fargo complaint: Cant keep appointment

My complaint:

I am busy like any other person, went into to location last Saturday to visit personal banker, and one was available but said to busy to help all appointments were booked. Said to make appointment

Made appointment for 1:30 ID 13NYY34OUI

Nobody asked who was next, just picked the closest people who had appointment after us and a woman who went to teller and made appointment while we were sitting there.

I took time from my work which is limited and at 1:50 the service manager asked me how I am doing, she ed people were took ahead of me. asked when is my best time and Saturday and she said they are booked even though one person on had opening online 10 to 11 He said he would take the appointment

I work 8 to 6 daily in banking and am very busy, and this treatment was not acceptable
