My complaint:
I was called down 5o the office for someone who has put in 22 years there I’ve been really missed treated things happen when you are late so last year they put me on written warning and just recently again there are 4 of us that are being treated badly by management other employees constantly being watched can’t take more that 15 minute break or we get told about it other people come in latex and nothing is ever done with them there is so much favoritism in the bakery all the whispering behind poples back so now I might be out of a job I all ready talked to my lawyer about this matter now this is the next step that I’m taking I would like some kinda of response management is the worst in the bakery bakery coordinators some shouldn’t even be one I’ve tried to move up in the company but they turn me down all the time what’s going on are they pushing the older people out to get new younger people to do our jobs like to know
