My complaint:
What has changed with the formula for Grandpa’s Sauce? We’ve been buying it for years, and suddenly, its spicy content has gone through the roof! I like spicy food, but this has become intolerable. We can’t eat it unless we cut it with a milder sauce, but it still borders on too spicy.
Suggested solution:
Tone down the spice --- please!
