My complaint:
My Team lead went to the office or either emailed our manager about me and I am out on pay and to be honest when I was called in to a meeting last week they didn’t even write down all of the things I said it’s hard for employees to say anything because the manager seems to always just believe everything the lead says and to have a lead tell me I’m not about that life that’s like a threat so I just don’t know why she’s still working and I’m out waiting for corporate i truly think that this is some mess but it’s a lot more going on in my department I had a racial issue and nothing was done about that at all I had my lead to tell us we can’t talk to our manager because he said that we has to address everything to them I’m telling you why do I have a advocate that’s not even speaking up or even helping me i love my job and these things that she’s telling happen a while ago I just want to return back to work
Suggested solution:
I think it’s a bunch of he said she said i think they should just review it and make sure everything is on that paper not just what they want so it sounds good but it’s not fair at all and I’m not the only one who feels like this our whole department does they are scared to speak 🗣️ they should get everybody together and lay down the rules and give us a warning ⚠️
