My complaint:

I’ve filed multiple HR complaints about a team member that had/have a relationship with not only the manager, but was also involved sexually with other Wegmans TL’s. I’ve also mentioned she comes to work each day she’s there with an attitude as well as being extremely rude and disrespectful to other members of the team. However, the unprofessionalism and disrespect of this team member has been allowed to continue. The fact it seems these complaints are doing absolutely nothing as the problems continue to persist and escalate, makes a lot of us wonder if the team member in question is telling the truth when she claims to be friends” with both the merch manager and store manager as this could be potential reasoning behind her continued employment within the company. I feel corporate should make it a top priority to do a thorough investigation as other team members are looking to leave the company or transfer to other stores which is unfair to say the least! No one should have to look to change stores to avoid having to work in a hostile environment that they’re not the cause of. Yet we deal with this each day we come to work. The resolution is to get rid of the problem which would be the team member causing it!!!!!

Suggested solution:

The team member in question should have her employment with the company terminated! Or at the very least, transferred to another location providing they have her schedule a psych evaluation to determine her mental status as she is currently on meds to avoid potential problems being carried over to the new location. She’s infested the entire team with so much problems it’ll be highly unfair to subject another team with these issues! I also feel management should also be held accountable in their part regarding the team member’s behavior within the company!
