My complaint:
I PURCHASED A SMALL DESK,WAYFAIR ID. 3714739179
ON THE 16.02.2022 AMOUNT £ 115.99
the upright wood panel ,left hand side of 3 drawer,below desk top
had a severly damaged hole.
as a consequence i have had to contact a man fromTASKRABBIT
who had a drill to bore a new hole below the original one.
what really annoid me : before i purchase the item,i spoke to the customer
sales lady,explaining that i endevoured to have a FREE STANDING DESK ,asking for the make up and clour at the REAR DESK.she said
exactly the same as the front.have a guess it was not.
Suggested solution:
I HAVE PAID THE TASK RABBIT PERSON 38 £ AND I LIKE TO BE
REEMBURSED.THE OTHER HIG-UP I LEAVE TO YOUR
