Wayfair.co.uk complaint: Misinformation of order

My complaint:

I ordered a chandelier from wayfair I received my parcel then received a email the following day that I will receive another parcel as it was partiall I the parcel was sent in two packages to avoid damage I rang wayfair customer service on the 4th March 22 and then 7th March 22 the agents advised the details were passed to the relevant department and I should receive a email in regards to the outcome by the end of the day at 7pm I didn’t receive an email so I’ve had to call wayfair customer service for an update the agent advised that 2 tracking numbers were created and it was an error I should open the box to see if is a complete light
I am absolutely disgraced with the way the whole process has been handled and nobody replied as promised
I have wasted time the electrician has been out twice and I’ve faced embarrassment and caused me unnecessary distress
I requested wayfair customer service for incentive as goodwill because I have been messed about but the agent said there was nothing they could offer which is ridiculous not even a discount code for a future order only feedback was going back to the manager it’s absolutely ridiculous
I have had a bad experience at wayfair and will be hesitant to order from them in the future

Suggested solution:

I should receive a gift card or a decent discount code to spend towards a future purchase from wayfair for them to convince me they were sincere enough when they kept apologising and understood how I felt
