My complaint:
I ordered a rug from wayfair at the start of December. When the rug arrived i noticed the four corners were badly finished and i could see the foam underneath. I contacted Wayfair through their online portal where i had a couple of options for my faulty rug. I took the replacemnt rug offer and disposed off the first rug. Now the second rug has arrived and it is not straight on the end of it and there is a stitch already come out of the whipping. And the longside of the rug where the whipping is, it is all bumpy in one part. Not straight at all.
Suggested solution:
This is a beautiful looking rug but its a shame about the quality. I should get a refund for this hassel if not a big reduction.
