My complaint:

3603619314 . I purchased this table on the 30th of June and expected delivery date was 050721 but did not receive the item or hear from Wayfair. I tried tracking the item but was not able to as the Courier co XPD was not providing any further information. I then looked at XPD’s reviews and they are appalling stressing that they have very poor customer service. They have very poor communication. Items arrive very late or sometimes don’t even turn up at all which was in my case. I had to phone and chase up my item only to be told that the table had been returned to sender as it was damaged of which I was not notified by either XPD or Wayfair. I am really disappointed as to why a big reputable company like Wayfair would use such a courier company with such poor customer reviews. I have now have to order the same table which is currently out of stock and have to wait for it to be delivered ? when. I would at least like an apology from Wayfair in writing as I have been a very loyal customer of Wayfair over the years. Thank you
