My complaint:
Have sent multiple emails to Wayfair in respect of a welcome offer code which was to receive £15 off your order. Eventually someone acknowledged that I should have had this money deducted from my order and said, in writing, via an email, that £15 would be refunded within 1-2 business days. This has not happened and they are now ignoring my emails. Terrible customer services, scammers and liars!
Suggested solution:
They should immediately refund my £15 as promised by themselves.
