My complaint:

Have had ongoing issues with wayfair resolutions department who refuse to replace our outdoor dining set which had a split copper gas feed and when first turned on caught fire under the table .
They refuse to believe it was faulty and the complaint has been going on for 9months
Suggested solution:
Replace the table
