My complaint:
Two weeks ago I went to Walmart store in Jacksonville North. I was looking for a sunscreen. I found a Cetaphil sunscreen, and the tag price was $1,00 dollar. I got around 6 units, but when I went to buy them the price was diferent (was 7,97). I called the manager, but who came to talk to me was the person RESPONSIBLE for the session named Lindsey (extremely rude). She said the tag price was wrong, gave me a lot of excuses l, and only allowed me to buy 1 item.
Today, I came back to the store and guess what… the supposed WRONG TAG was still there (pictures attached).
I went to the costumer service and the same person came to talk to me. She was extremely rude like last time, didn’t explain me why the tag price was still there if it was wrong.
Again, they only allowed me to buy 1 item, but my right as a costumer is buy how many items I desire and pay for the price shown on the tag.
Employees extremely racists.
Suggested solution:
I want to get more items and pay the price shown on the tag.
