My complaint:
Went to order christmas photo cards on dec.11 around 10:14am did the 1 hr photo came back later around 330pm to pick them up they were not ready yet because they were having computer and printer issues right after my order went through.They didnt even bother to call me earlier to tell me that they would not be ready that day.I went on dec.12 in the afternoon around 330pm to pick them up and they still were not ready .The employee that was working at that time was rude and in a hurry to go to lunch.He said that my order got cancelled and the other guy in that area would take care of it because it would take at least 15mins to print off.I waited for at least 20 mins because the guy had no clue what he was doing.I asked for a discount since they screwed up my order and didnt have them ready.The guy told me that i had to talk to someone in yellow vest so i did but they told me i had to talk to a manager i waited for alittle bit no one showed up or to come tell me she would be there shortly. checked out .I was not a very happy customer.Very poor service.I will go else where to print my photo cards next year and to get any other pictures printed off from now on.
Suggested solution:
Better customer service and communication especially since the phone number is with the photo order they could contact the customer and alao check the computer to see if the order went through.
