My complaint:
Went and purchased a Dyson vacuum two months ago for my wife’s small business and worked fine this week it broke down and it’s not a cheap one so I called Walmart and looked up there return policy and didn’t have receipt so true to speak to a guy gave me total attitude was extremely rude , and then I was passed off to the next being a gentleman I spoke with the night manager and return she said no receipt no refund wow she was unreal no service person should ever speak to anyone like there dumb and the attitude she passed just blew me and a friend away like that’s the respect you show people your in a industry where you deal with people and I believe she got her manners from a passed off trucker and with no avail I thought to look up there return policy and I didn’t want money or gift card just a simple exchange as I looked it up after we spoke she didn’t even know WALMART RETURN POLICY AND WOW THAT TOTAL IGNORANT LADY AS A MANAGER SHOULD KNOW IT WHAT YOU CANT READ ,,,, so I called back and read it to her ,,,, and she was talking over me and I kept reading it to her she new I was right as I have over a grade 5 education unlike her so she said you bring it back tonight or I won’t return it as now it’s 930 on a weekday and kids have school I looked up there hours it was close to Xmas it’s open till12.00am waited to get a friend over to watch kids and wife uses truck for her nite job I thought we’ll I totally have to get there and now being in a rush when my friend drove to my home 30 min away I called a cab wife was happy in the confusion forgot a attachment and I never new it so I got there at 1145pm and spent 25 to get there in a cab as I went to customer service wow the two people there new nothing about it and now this is unreal there even more rude than the trucker manager holly no way so there telling me no receipt no return now I’m mad kept my cool so they say your missing a piece I said take out of the box from exchange as a thing they call a person with customer service comes up and tells me no part no return wow unreal I said take out of box she said to bad now it’s midnight and she says I’m screwed without the part which I just wanted to exchange it she says bring back tommorow the part I tell her about a cab and a baby sitter and she blew me off and now I’m out 50 bucks and still have a six hundred broken vacuum this is the way you treat people if I don’t get my vacuum picked up a apology for tonight I will for sure cause the company a problem I will walk around your parking lot with a loud speaker telling the public about the way you treat a customer that’s a fact . You should be fired for the way you treat people if you can’t be a person that is a leader in satisfaction you should quit and go trucking then you can deal with yourself not people that work hard for there money and respect is what you should have learned by grade 4 grow up I’m not done with this I’m a pro at advertising and I will ruin your day like you wrecked mine I’m waiting to here from you …..5875681396 Sean Christians

So I’m on the 19th a customer service rep calls me and we had a conversation about the incident and we spoke for over a half hour which in return she told me as of in the next 48 hours I can walk into Walmart and get a return no questions asked it is Christmas and we want are vacuum cleaner that’s going to happen SO WE THOUGHT now almost 24 hrs later get a email responded it was the biggest joke ever , they asked me for more info about the situation and had no record of anything about… Read more »
