My complaint:

On 92822, I purchased an I-phone 14, from Nick through Premium Wireless Pro, at Walmart store 381 Cellular Sales, (for service with Verizon) in Copperas Cove Texas, in the amount of $119.05, after my I-phone 12 broke. I currently have service with Spectrum Mobile and after three days of one hour long conversations with Spectrum, they informed me to go to Assurant, fastclaim.com.

So, after I received my replacement phone from Spectrum, I returned the phone to Justin Handcock, Store Associate, that was purchased through Walmart Cellular Sales, (for service with Verizon) in Copperas Cove Texas, obtaining a refund in the amount of $119.05 on 1042022. on 1322 I spoke to Denise Hendry, Associate Manager, Walmart in Copperas Cove, TX 76522, she could not help me with this issue because the files are no longer in their computer system, they are purged after 90 days.

As of Today 142023, Verizon does not know that I have returned the phone and sent the debt to collections in the amount of $1115.12. I am asking for your help to provide proof to Verizon that I returned the phone to Walmart.
