My complaint:
I went through self checkout some of my items didn’t scan,some of my items scanned more than once. However, loss prevention greeted me at the door and we went back to the loss prevention office. Well I never left walmart store, the items thag didn’t scan she got back. Some of the items that scanned more than once, I never got refunded for, yet they got the items back that were not scanned. Okay, the non professional lady from loss prevention verbally banned me from walmart for life, ok at this point walmart makes me sick. I have to go turn myself in, be humiliated, my character defamated, when they recovered the things that weren’t scanned, but I didn’t recover my money for things I didn’t get that were paid for. How was I trespassing when this is the first time I’ve been banned from walmart…so kn order for me to go to jail, wouldn’t I have to violate the ban that was just b put into place tonight? Oh and your loss prevention genius didn’t even give me a copy of the paper that states I’m banned…so what am I going to court for? They recovered their merchandise that however I didn’t re I very. Y money or the items that I paid for and didn’t get.
Suggested solution:
I don't think I should have to go turn myself in seeingbas how they recovered their things that were accidentally not scanned. Because they kept money that rightfully belongs to me.
