My complaint:
In the process of moving, I lost my original receipt. However, I used a check in-store purchase, attempting to contact Walmart. No one would be able to assist me and customer service at their clerk. Corporate would not even speak to me. You cannot be that difficult to give someone their receipt if you have a paper trail leading back to it.
Suggested solution:
I just want a copy of my receipt because the cell phone I purchased through them stopped working and I purchased the extended warranty and I just need to get a new phone
