My complaint:

My son went to drop off a tire for a flat tire repair, We parked on the service department side of this Walmart. We went into the Walmart to speak with a service rep. but had to wait there was no one at the desk, A worker ask us if we were helped we said not yet. He said he would get someone for us. we waited no one came to help, then a women with another customer came to the desk after helping the male customer we told her we needed a tire repaired she then became upset and stated you need to in line in the bay area, So i went out to move the vehicle drove around and parked in the bay area, when this female came out she yelled and stated I said in bay 4. So I moved my vehicle again, My son took the tire out and my son signed the Ipad and we left. My son states that she told him that she would call when the tire was ready. The tire was dropped off at around 9:30 AM, We went home and waited no call yet and it was around 1:30 PM i asked my son if he receive a call from walmart yet he said no not yet. So, I told my son I’m going to go and check on the tire. When I got to Walmart I parked on the service department side and went in, I spoke with the service manger and told him I came to check on the tire I dropped off around 9:30 this morning he asked for the ticket I told him that the women never gave us one, so the manager went to the computer to check and he found the receipt. The manager then called over a lady to verify I dropped off the tire I told him that she was not the one that it was the heavy set one, he called over that women and asked her and she rudely responded the tire is not repairable. I got the receipt and the manager stated that the female service tech will return the unrepaired tire. I went out waiying for this women to return the tire, she ignored me, I standing where she could clearly see me, she looked right at me and proceeded too ignore me. I went back into the service desk and informed the manager that I was being totaly ignored and wanted ti file a complaint on his tech. The manager went out to bring me the tire and gave me this womens name he said her name is Ariel and the store number. I called customer service and I filled a complaint but the women who took my complaint told me that nothing can be done but this compliant will be on file.

Suggested solution:

I feel that customer service is what keeps your customer coming back. I was told that nothing will be done to Ariel but I hope that she is reprimanded. I'm sure I'm not the first customer she does this too or the last customer. Word of mouth is very powerful.
