Walmart complaint: False advertisementovercharging the consumer

My complaint:

Walmart advertises millions of items yearly as being on clearance, if the consumer does not observe every single item being scanned then you can be sure you will be charged full price. I recently went to WM in Greenwood to purchase some school supplies for daycare that were on clearance, of course I was charged full price. I was told my the WM manager that WM’s policy is to mark the price on the shelf and then it does not show up in the system until it is approved ….this process is very fraudulent! I can only image the money WM is making off this scam!!! I believe this process should be carefully critiqued and consumers should be compensated. I might also add that there was several day in between for WM to correct the error AFTER it was brought to the managers attention and it was not corrected…this is INTENTIONAL
Walmart you should have a more secure process so that those consumers that allowed you to become the billion dollar conglomeration is well served and NOT overcharged. It is NOT the consumers job to police your pricing….

I would like a response as to how you are resolving this issue to protect consumers against fraudulent over charging
