My complaint:
On 10 July 22, had ordered groceries and went to pick them up. I arrived at noon and submitted that I arrived and location. I patiently waited and after about 30 min I called and stated that I had been there a while and hadn’t received my items I was told the cooling unit was down give them 15 mins. I gave them 30 min and called again was told they were picking me new items. I waited another 30 mins. I finally received my items. I called and asked for the manager and got Robert, He told me he was sorry but there was nothing that he could do for me.
Suggested solution:
I think I should be given a $86.48 gift card. That was the total of my order. I think there should be a way to ensure that this never happens again. I think managers should have the means to make customers feel at ease and appreciated when things like this happens.
