My complaint:
I recently purchased an electronic bike online from Walmart. The item was sold by a third-party seller called Shenzhen-Aidisha Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. After processing, the item was shipped from Glendale Heights to Rochester, NY, via FedEx. Strangely, the address was a name rather than a specific location. I never received the item, and when I checked Walmart’s website, both the item and the seller had disappeared.
I tried contacting the seller, but received no response. After multiple conversations with FedEx and Walmart, I discovered that the sender was called Tsurumi. They helped me track the item and informed me that it was sent, ordered, and delivered to the same person. The delivery location should have been 330 Metro Park, Rochester, NY. However, when I contacted customer service, they were unable to locate the item.
I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed with this issue.

They said they have the proof of item-receiving but I cannot find the photo showing it with my house door.
1, please give me acceptable proof!
The name of the receiver and I are not correlated.
2, tell me where and who actually took it.
If all the evidence cannot indicate it, I take my item.
3, return the money I purchase.
