My complaint:
I am sure you think you are keeping customers by letting them bring pets into the store. But what about the customers you are losing? There are customers with allergies and low immune systems who cannot be around pet hairdander. There was a dog as big as a miniature horse in the store today. It was not a service animal. Service animals wear the appropriate harness and gear. Besides that, there was a small dog sitting in the child seat of the cart 2 feet from me. What do you think that could do to a child sitting in it next after the dog?
You are not being considerate of people. I am now considering general super stores to shop. Being made ill by going to Walmart seems a stupid thing to do.
Suggested solution:
Keep pets out of the store. Have a policy posted at the entrance to the store.
