My complaint:
Started wearing the gloves mid-December,2022. By end of January,2023, the right glove has been falling apart at the outside seam. Because gloves were purchased more than 90 days ago ,store manager stated he would do nothing. About a month ago, through phone customer service, the rep gave me a file number to get a return, supposedly. Even having that available proved fruitless at the store level yesterday.
Suggested solution:
The gloves cost $19.99. I would be happy with a reasonable store credit.
