My complaint:

In Nov 2022 I bought a Timex watch at Walmart in Sanford, FL
I also bought a 3 yr extended service warranty plan with it.
My new watch wrist band broke this week.
I back to the store and they said they couldn’t help me. They said I had to contact Timex company.
I tried to contact Timex and they said I would need to mail the watch to them at $8 and it would take 2-4 weeks to get it repaired. They were not clear where I needed to mail the watch to for repairs.
I finally just went to a watch shop here in Sanford and had them fix it for me for $7. At least I got it fixed right away.
This was a very poor guarantee service that I got from Walmart. If everyone knew how had it is to get help from Walmart they would not buy products from you guys.
When I went into the Walmart in Sanford the service was terrible. A lady tried to call someone to come to the watch dept but it took a long time for someone to come.
Also, the men’s bathroom was terrible. The door into the sit down toilet was broke and could not latch. The toilet paper holder broke off the wall and the paper was just hanging on a hand bar. The toilets were DIRTY.
Very poor service at Walmart Sanford.
