Walmart complaint: Frequent delivery issues

My complaint:

Earlier today I tried to place a delivery order, and was told there weren’t any openings until Tuesday (3 days from now). I thought it might be a mistake and contacted customer support, and he told me there were a shortage of drivers. However he said if I used the Express Delivery I could get it today. I asked him how come there are drivers for express? This makes me so angry because I already pay over $11 every month for Walmart, and they want me to pay another $10 for an express delivery? Is Walmart trying to squeeze more money out of people like me living on Disability? After the Holidays I canceled my membership because there was issues in about 80% of my orders. I just signed up again a couple months ago, and now I’m regretting it!

Suggested solution:

Get more drivers! If they can't find any then give us some kind of discount or free stuff. I don't know exactly, but at least act like they care about customers like me. I don't drive and have to rely on deliveries for everything. They are the most expensive membership I have by far, but have the most issues.
