Walmart complaint: Did not place order

My complaint:

I was charged 146.83 on an order I did not place. I called to cancel the order right away. And told them I did not place the order. one item was cancelled the other 2 items have been shipped. How do I get all my money back.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money I called soon enough to get the order stopped.
