My complaint:
I wanted to replace one tire due to band breaking I was told I had to change all 4 tires as it is a and
I had a tire blow out shortly ago and had a new tire put on that one and now need another one. I only have 36000 miles on the vehicle and the other 3 tires are fine. I feel it was neglectful and dangerous to refuse to put this tire on for me. Although they were darn happy to sell the tire to me It is not a good policy. If I ran over something once a month and had to have a tire changed I would have to change all 4 tires under this policy.
Suggested solution:
Change this policy and quit ripping off the public
