My complaint:
My wife purchased a futon in December of last year. There is a bar in between the back and seat cushion which when opened into a bed the bar will not allow you to lie flat on the bed. Every time I call they claim it will be picked up. I have been trying to return this since the beginning of the year well within the 90-day return policy. All I get is the run around.
Suggested solution:
Pick-up the defective futon and refund the cost.
