My complaint:

There is no organization with the checkout lines at the Walmart in Kearny, NJ, is a mess. Why can there be a line at each cash register that is open? I don’t understand the system they have.
Yesterday, December 11, 2022, my daughter and I went to this Walmart, did our shopping and walked to one of the cash registers. While we were there standing waiting for the cashier to finish with the customer in front of us this rude woman that works there, which I couldn’t see her name because she was covering it with a clipboard, yelled at us like a mad woman that we had jumped the line and so forth, I asked her, where is the line? She stated the line was at the other side and that she was directing people to the registers which I never saw her doing this and up to now I don’t know where was the line she was talking about. The same situation happened with two other customers behind us. She went to the cashier that was at the register we were standing and told him not to check us out because we had jumped the line, I explained to him the same thing I had explained to this woman which they didn’t believe me so I ended up leaving the cart with the merchandise I was going to buy and left because I’m not going to continue to argue with rude and low class people that don’t know how to talk to customers. I’m not going to allow anyone to harass me, I can go to another store to buy what I need and not be harass. I’m educated and know how to talk to people with RESPECT! If they need the job they should also have respect for customers.
The majority of the employees at this store need serious customer service training and I hope they receive that training.

Suggested solution:

By giving training to the employees on customer service and respect.
