My complaint:
My wife has liver disease is not able to stand for long periods. I made an appointment for her to receive her Covid-19 booster shot for 09302021 at 12:45, Confirmation WL81NAIY1KL. When we arrived at 12:35 there was a long line of walk-in people waiting at the pharmacist’s window. I walked around the line and presented the forms and ationappointment sheet to the person there. I was informed that I would have to go to the rear of the line and wait my turn. I reminded the man that I have a ed appointment, my wife can not stand that long and there were 11 people in line. He said she and I would have to wait like every one else.
This is the second time this month we had a similar problem with this Walgreens. I intend to get the word out that this pharmacy does not do good business and their staff is not polite or professional. Needless to say, we will never use any Walgreens again.
Suggested solution:
My problem is now history. But my complaint should go to the right ears to find out where they feel the logic is in making an appointment when you are instructed to wait in line like a walk-in.
