My complaint:

My vaccine was due on 09242021 at 1600, I had a prior appointment at the stated time, so I came to Walgreen at 1230, there was no one there waiting, so I ask could I get the vaccine, the lady at the computer stated that there were appointments and I couldn’t GO ahead OF THE ONES THAT WERE SCHEDULED. I said ma’am there is no one here. She in turn, said let me ask. She ask the (I assume the pharmacist Ms. Tran ) she said I had to wait until 4pm. I ask why, because no one was here. They in turn told me to wait, and they made me wait until
1255(25 MINUTES). I ask could I get the flu vaccine as well, Ms Tran told me to wait. Ms. Tran didn’t greet me, all she ask was which arm, I said my left arm. SHE JABBED IT INTO MY ARM AS IF MAD(Not realizing I am a nurse) I thank her for her time and she never answered. She filled out my card and put the wrong date on it (How do I know that she gave me the correct medication if she couldn’t put the correct date ON MY VACCINE CARD. I THANKED HER AGAIN FOR HER TIME and she NEVER answered, as I was leaving, I said to myself she was very mean, hateful and unprofessional ( I AM A REGISTERED NURSE). I then turned around went back to the counter and ask her her name and she said Ms. Tran, and as I was turning around to leave she was yelling MS. LaVergne, Ms LaVergne, but I kept walking until I was out of the store and I filled the survey at that time. I wanted to add this information because I DID NOT GIVE HER NAME now I realize how very important that is to give the complete information

Suggested solution:

Try to be more accommodating without the drama, if I had not received the shot at that time, I wouldn't have gone back and received the second dose, I understand why some of the people haven't received their second dose, because if they were treated as I was, I understand. Also my concern was if you didn't put the correct date, what were you thinking? How can I be sure you gave me the correct medication especially since I disrupted your schedule. I am filing this complaint because if I was given something different than vaccine I will have documentation. I do not like that it was drawn up without me being able to see the actual medication especially since she was so upset..
I don't know how to download my card to show you that she put the wrong date but I did staple and keep my receipt that has the correct date and time on it to my vaccination card.
