My complaint:
The store in Adams, MA recently transitioned from Rite-Aid. Prescription refill orders have been a disaster! I call them in, then receive a robo call saying ‘ready for pickup’. I get there and wait in line for 20 – 25 minutes, only to be told that the script is not in yet! This happened more than once. Some of my scripts are still under Rite-Aid. The stupid phone voicemail does not recognize the prescription number, so I waited 20 minutes listening to a recording that said all representatives are busy – there is one customer ahead of you. I finally hung up the phone. This is NOT acceptable. I would like the option to speak with a human being right at the beginning of the call – not answering several questions through a robot, and then still having to wait so long on the phone without anyone answering!
Suggested solution:
Have a human being answer the phone (except when the store is closed), then re-direct the call.
