Walgreens complaint: hold time on phone attitude of personnel behind counter in pharmacy

My complaint:

I called the store to find out if the rest of my prescription was ready, this was on 10172021. I called and was on hold for 21 minutes before they hung up on me. I called back again and was kept on hold for another 5 minutes. I received a text message saying my prescription was ready. i had received a partial prescription prior to the date mentioned I received 10 pills out of 60 so I was calling about the remaining balance. I get there and I have to wait on the line for another 15 minutes to get to the cashier when i get to the cashier I am treated as if I am bothering her. I don’t understand why the pharmacy section treats customers like that. I hate going to this location because either I get the feeling like I am intruding on them and i feel like I am being brushed off.

Suggested solution:

you guys closed the other location in North Miami Beach. I am thinking about transferring my prescriptions to CVS. the personnel need to answer the phone and don't pick up saying can you hold and just put me on hold they don't even let me answer and say I don't want to be placed on hold. you need to open more locations.
