My complaint:

I have been waiting since 9am for Walgreens pharm to fill my simple prescription. Hire more people if you can’t run your darn company right. I was on hold for a total of 3 hours and your rude techs hung up on me multiple times. Your employees are rude. The manager, Deshawn Lawrence was not helpful. Just told me the COVID vax is basically more important than filling prescriptions.Your company is profiting from providing the COVID vax but it shouldn’t be at the expense of others. Day to day medicine’s that people rely on are FAR more important than a vax that doesn’t even stop the spread or stop someone from getting it. You terrible management and customer service caused me unnecessary anxiety and stress. At least hire a manager who knows a thing about customer service because it’s apparent Ms. Lawrence does not know how to run her office effectively. You should be apologizing for how terrible you treat your customers.

Suggested solution:

I want an apology from management and you need to make changes to your operations. Every review of your company is terrible...take a hint.
